Accord Facelift

Accord FaceliftThere's also a facelifted Accord saloon and Tourer models, pepped up by fuel economy improvements and minor design tweaks. The i-DTEC diesel engine has been tuned to drop CO2 by 9g/km in order to acheive a sub 140 g/km CO2 figure. That's with the six-speed manual (the auto tumbles by 11g/km of CO2). That's important for company car drivers, where the 140g/km threhold will open doors.

Spot the new 2011 Accord by the subtlest of design refreshes. Top-end models get bi-xenon lights with active cornering and dipping, the grille is finished in different chrome (are we clutching at straws here?) and 17-inch alloys are a complimentry upgrade on the ES and ES-GT models.
